Our facility does not use direct city water but instead uses purified RO water which is free of impurities or foreign contaminants. The RO water resistivity is constantly monitored to ensure a high standard of 15-18 MΩ-cm. Water is then filtered through multiple filters till the finest filter level of 0.1 micron. As an added assurance, we utilise a UV disinfection unit which is capable of reducing up to 99.99% of waterborne microorganisms without the need of adding chemicals. The purified water is then supplied into our cleanrooms for laundry usage.
Our moisture testing equipment adheres to stringent industry standards, delivering exceptional performance. This ensures the utmost precision in measurements, guaranteeing reliable and accurate moisture test results.
Our systematic warehousing racking and system ensures our stocks are being kept in an orderly manner which means we are able to fulfil customers orders quickly. Our safety procedures also ensure goods are stored adequately and prevent stocks from being damaged.
Waste water are not directly released into the environment. We take a responsible approach in filtering and neutralising the water before releasing it into a specially allocated affluent treatment system. Output is monitored on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
